Had passport photo taken by Foto Express. Photo taken by Foto Express staff was out of focus and rejected by the authority. Went back to Foto Express. They insisted photo was sharp and refuse to retake photo or refund.
If you insist on going to Foto Express, you probably deserve to get cheated. Just read their many negative reviews.
With 8 scamming branches in Singapore, they don't even have a presence on Facebook because of the negative feedbacks and complaints they know they will get.
I would not give them any star at all but 1 star was the minimum in order to post this and to warn their next victim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get a passport sized photo for my university application and came back home with an over-edited unprofessional look on the photos. My hair seemed extremely cropped out and overly smoothened (all of which wasn't asked for at all), and the angle of my face was not at all accurately adjusted. The lady who took the photo did not adjust my posture or angle of the face either. Not professional at all. Compared to the professional photo taking at other stores like Kodak and Fujifilm, this one is definitely not a store you would want to go to if you want to be on the safe side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used them to get photos printed for my daughter. Really good service and very reasonable. Used a usb drive and uploaded into their console and was able to do real-time edits to make the pictures look great before printing. Got 50 photo prints and All was done in about 20 mins from start to finish. Will recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to print passport size photos but photo wasn’t cut out. Ask the staff to cut the individual photo out, was told they dont provide cutting service but instead they offer me scissors to cut myself. First time encounter photoshop ask customer cut out passport photo themselves. Furthermore it cost $8 for 6 passport size photos uncut. Worst service.
