★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place with really adorable gifts. Sadly I was turned off with the attitude of a staff. I was frustrated with the fact that no one seemed to bother assisting me as I needed to get an item. It was mid day and on an off-peak hour. Despite standing right in front of her needing help, she still continued with her tasks, disregarding the fact that a customer was there. It was clear that she did not care one bit. I decided to search for the item on my own. As I was doing so, she miraculously noticed me and rudely made a sound thereafter commenting "eh need just tell me". Not only did her actions, facial expression & words seem unprofessional and disrespectful to a potential buyer, she made me feel like I owed her a living. My mood was instantly ruined, hence decided not to purchase anything. Coming from a service/hospitality line myself, this is so disappointing. Pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in and saw some oldies and stationery I used in the past. Except they are all special and limited edition designs. Really a collector's dream. Anything I buy in this shop I wouldn't even dare open and use. Great selection of gifts for others and loved ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a wonderful place before. Staff would call us when new catelogues came in for pre order. After the original staff left, the service left much to be desired.
Today we went to check out "new" catelogues. But when we tried to preorder with the "new" catelogue handed to us, we were told the order period is over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a soft toy from this shop today. Young lady staff didn't greet customer at the cashier counter, continued on her task for a short while before serving me. When I inquire how long it would take to wrap the soft toy which I bought as a gift, the lady staff tells me "it depends on how busy we are". I was upset by the remark since there were no queue at that point of time and there were 3 staffs in the shop! Left the shop feeling angry having spent money and treated rudely. Been to other gift shops and they have always been helpful and approachable. This one doesn't make the cut. Won't buy anything from this branch ever again!
