★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ivy and her team are so kind and helpful. We needed quite a lot of help with printing of photos for a birthday gift and Ivy made the entire process so smooth and easy. Separately we also engaged Ivy in putting together a photo book. The end product turned out beautiful and we are planning to order more to share with our relatives. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff, they were patient and walked me through the process though I had 50 print request with different sizes etc. They even walked me through which one should be cropped which one shouldn’t. Price wise I also found it affordable, they have surcharge for early print requirements vs later. Over all a happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on a Sunday because it was one of the few places open. Nevertheless I figured it should be ok given the number of good reviews. I was thus disappointed by the service I had received. The lady who took the photographs for my 3 year old merely snapped two or three pictures and got me to choose one. I had to request that she snap a few more. Later on I was informed there was an additional surcharge as my child was too young and there’s more editing involved?? (Aforementioned surcharge was only required for infants as mentioned on their website so I was definitely not expecting this. I was also not told beforehand about it.) I paid $23 for hard and digital copies. Decide for yourself whether this is a reasonable amount if you decide to patronise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a photo book produced quickly. I had 2 contacts at FotoHub. One took over from the other seamlessly. They had such a ‘can do’ attitude, communicated when needed and just got the job done. And they were competent, with a smile. I will be back.
