I had already done my research and went to the Forum store knowing exactly what item I wanted to buy. Rating of 1 star because: fter asking the sales lady some questions, my husband and I were fully prepared to make the purchase. However, the sales lady (in fact, both sales ladies who were present) were terrible and ruined the whole experience for us. I repeated several times what was the item I wanted so both ladies were fully aware what product and colour i wanted to buy, yet was given the wrong prices repeatedly. Wrong price for the bed frame and wrong price for all accessories. The sales lady was more concerned with making the sale (kept pushing me to register on their ipad) than even making sure she got the right product. In the end we just left the store, completely dissatisfied and disappointed because we were all ready to make the purchase today. I'd say these ladies are very lucky that Flexa products are great and they dont have to do much to promote these products, but still, they ought to put in some effort at least!

I	Isaac 976 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at the Flexa showroom on the 9th Sept, it was near closing time and my baby, wife and I went in to view the ranges available at the Forum. The salesperson. Whom is a lady did not hurry us despite knowing I am viewing for future purchase as my baby is only an infant. Definitely will purchase from Flexa when she is grown up. See you guys soon as we love the product design and colors. See you soon in the near future.
A	Ar Princess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thus far bought only a study table from them. The bed furniture is flexible but I find it hard to decide as options are too many. Catalogue is 100 pages! No price as you really have to go to the store to discuss with them on what you want and by the time they put forth a quote, it turned out to be as much as a new kitchen cabinet. So if you are looking at a standard bed/bunk/loft, there are many other good options which are more direct and with fixed price, equally good quality. But if you are a fan of Flexa.....you would have already read through that 100 pages.

Experience could be improved, to be more kids friendly, instead of constantly asking kids to remove shoes to try on the bed and slides. After all, those are show pieces. Suggestion to use yellow light instead of white lights, will make the show area more cosy.
