★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I Went to Jem four leaves to get a birthday cake. Checked with the staff that Coco Exotic cake is not as sweet as the rest,, so I bought it. To my family and my disappointment, this cake is extremely sweet....sweeter than the black forest cake we used to buy. It's like having a glass of fine sugar for a piece of cake!
Will not be getting any cake from them anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady cashier on duty @ 9:12 PM, 10 Apr 2022. Pls mind your attitude! Idk what’s so funny when we told u we accidentally dropped a bread on the floor, if u want us to compensate u can say so, not just mocking at us with another colleague and gave us arrogant attitude!

Not much new variety. Staff manners depend on the day of their mood.
