★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encountered a terrible customer service at Jem outlet. The female staff old and young were extremely rude to complain about customer choosing bread to their preference. The bread was already broken when picked. Customer has the right to rechoose. The young girl immediately throw the broken bread "hard" into the rubbish bin, in front of the customer, why is she implying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible… don’t accept paywave or nets. Cashier told me “ONLY CASH” when I tried to make payment. Hello?!! Everywhere is accepting cashless payment. Then I asked her about the GRABPAY logo displayed on the side .. she said acceptable. Only when I asked. Then don’t tell me “only cash” ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a walnut chocolate muffin $1.80 here. Very rich in chocolate, moist and thick. Bit too rich for my liking. Good that I found one muffin here, I went to a lot of other bakeries but they dont sell it. I like that they have GrabPay here so I can earn points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two new PRC store attendant located at Jem outlet with terrible attitude that make me question why they are hired. When I wanted to redeem my shopback voucher and pass them my phone to key in the 4 digit number, they simply say that they did not know and ask me to come another day which I agreed. After a week, I went back and ask to redeem my voucher, they gave me the same reply without even feeling sorry about their incompetence. I feel that the company should hold some responsibility as I strongly feel that they are not brief properly on what they should know.
On a fair note, the lady staff who used to work there did such a better job in contrast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just besides the tai cheong bakery at JEM which I posted earlier, saw some cny cookies and tarts so decided to get some from here for my parents too.
Average $14 - 21 per box ($21 for larger size). Huge variety to choose from and the bread/cake section is also neat and choices to choose from. Bread not that expensive though very normal price.
Hope the business here also prosperity for 2022!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their tiger skin cake rolls. It’s taste very good. The tiger skin is so soft.There are few flavours of small little cake in one cake and I try it one by one. Overall, love the tiger skin and small little coffee cake flavour the most! By the way, it is hardly to find tiger skin cake rolls are selling in the bakery shops.
