Went to a perfume making workshop that we purchased through fave and it was a really fun experience! Freda took the time to go through with us and explain each step and made sure that we were happy with our scents even when the time of the workshop was exceeded. Happy with how our scents turned out and had fun in the process. Would recommend trying their perfume making workshop!

I visited the Westgate store yesterday, 24th Jan, at 730pm. It was an experience I would never forget. I was asking the staff ( who refused to give me her name ) to let me try the scents. After the 3rd try she shifted to another customer who came after me. I was ready to pay and so I called her but she ignored me. I didnt rhink much of it then as I thought she was genuinely busy only later did I realise that she was purposely doing it when she went on the serve the customer at the cashier and ignored me 3 times. It was then that I asked her why was she ignoring me and serving someone who came later. Her response was ," She decided first " It wasn't really though. To not make the customer feel awkward about the situation I decided to wait for her to leave before I confronted the staff again. I asked for her name politely but she refused to give it and she said " U can go and complain I don't care". She was very rude and so I decided to take a picture of her. She immediately used vulgarity at me. I was shocked and when i returned home and browsed your website, I realise she was one of the founder, that is if I'm not wrong as she was the only Malay lady in the picture and she looked exactly like the staff. Was that the reason why she told me to complain and also the use of vulgarity? Seriously in my entire life I have never met a customer service staff or worse still a Founder???who uses vulgarity at their customers! I would be taking this matter to the higher authority and if necessary a report to the police.

Lynette and Dada helped us out at the store and they were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They let us try out many different scents and were very excited to share with us what they do. They helped us pick out the scents we wanted, and mix them together for a personalised smell, even down to specific ratios. Overall, we felt very welcome, and the products are of really good quality. Definitely a place to try out.

My first bottle from them was a gift for my bday present. I received the scent Elegance. The name of the scent and the smell simply compliments each other. Since then I have never stopped purchasing from them and I'm not willing to change anything!!! And I really meant it??? And whoever who is getting any last minute gifts in good prices and scent, check out their ranges of diffuser ....I was literally spoilt for choices... Do check them out......

The perfume in the store is really good, the service of staff is very nice, professional and explaination of the scents is very good. simple and clean looking store. i brought the warm perfume at first the scent seems really strong and took time to get used to. But after a few times of applying i really love the scent of it. I am sure, will be coming back to buy again and price are really reasonable when you get from their store. really hope, that they consider extending the weekend timing for opening so it will assist in allowing busy folks like me to come and buy. Recently when back to the store on 26/10, to buy the perfume again and got to smell different scents of the perfume. If you are a person like me who really into floral smell, then i would recommend to buy either romance, elegance or diamond.

Like the scents. Jacelyn's service is really good- she is patient and friendly. She understands my liking/preference before making a recommendation. Will definitely come back again for the good customer service!

The smell is epic! Fall in love with it at first smell! The better thing is their diffusers are made from essential oil which is more healthy. The SA is helpful and friendly but no pressure, enjoy her service, will definitely come back soon

I bought the perfume in early 2014. Then I found the store on 28 Nov 2021 when I was at Westgate in Jurong. After buying 2 home fragrance (Sale!), 3 perfume and 3 perfumed hand sanitizer, I decided to sign up for a perfume making workshop the same afternoon. It costs $97 for the workshop plus a 50ml bottle of perfume. I started my workshop learning about top, middle and base notes. I was asked to pick as many fragrance as I like, without consideration for the final scent. However, I do know that I want to create 78 perfumes for 78 tarot cards. This will be the 1st perfume for 0 The Fool in the tarot deck. The Fool is happy, carefree and his/her pursue in life is joy. The Fool could be reckless as he is always spontaneous and zealous. He is that character that we pursue as a youth, full of hope and passion. He doesn't care about rules and regulations. Hence, when I select the scents to create the perfume, I kept in mind the scents that would bring out the characters of The Fool. After getting the final formulation right for 10ml, it's increasing the proportion to get 50ml. The final perfume created was exactly what I wanted, thanks to the help of Freda, the brand creator and trainer for my workshop. I shared the perfume with numerous perfume lovers and they love it. I have gifted many small bottles to mom and friends. Left with 20ml after a week! I will go back for a refill and to create the next perfume soon. I did go back the day after to buy 6 more perfumes (free 2 perfume during the sale) from the store. I have 12 of the perfume from Freda'D that I love now, excluding the one I created.
