Been frequenting the place before the renaming, each time the tarts and cake don’t fail to satisfy my cravings.
Major shout out to the tarts which I find to be the best item on the menu as certain cakes lack richness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW, I'm not a cakes and bread guy but this place does them really well. Prices are on the higher end but its more than fair given the increased portions and the luxurious-like quality they provide.
One of the best apple tart/pie I've had to be honest. Desserts best paired with coffee served at Olla next door.
Come early though, most are sold out before lunch hour on a weekend, with aunties and uncles walking away with bounties worth >$100 after eavesdropping on conversations with the cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since everyone has already agreed on the amazing quality of the pastries, I shall not dwell on that. However, I would like to say that the service provided is top-notch! They allowed me to leave my order in their fridge while I arranged for a GrabExpress service to send it to my desired location. Furthermore, the boss provided me with a small note for me to write my well-wishes to send along with my little treats. I will definitely be back to try the pastries for myself!! Thank you so much for the good service :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stuff inside all look carefully and thoroughly made. It’s my birthday so I gave the blackforrest cake a go. At the beginning I was thinking why a slice of blackforrest cake could cost > $11. When I tried it at home, I understand why it was this costly. The cherries used were all rum cherries. To be honest, I think even for an adult, the liquor taste was a bit too strong. The cake itself was a quality but I just couldn’t appreciate such strong scent cherries. Not sure if it’s advisable for kids consumption.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for nice bakery in the west and found Fredo’s. Went around 2plus in the afternoon and some items were already sold out (good sign since that usually means they have great stuff). Items are bigger-sized than the typical pastries and I love love love the the dark chocolate malt tart (I think that’s the name) and the macadamia tart! Totally didn’t disappoint!
