The bubble tea here definitely tastes old school though, perfect for those missing their childhood bubble tea before Koi/Gongcha took over the bbt scene here

β β β β β I live nearby, but didn't know about this place until I saw the previous google review. The ham, egg, and cheese waffle is great -- generous fillings, and the egg is fried to perfection. Uncle also sells old-school bubble tea and affordable fruit juice. Business probably tough now that the JC is gone :(
