Located in an unassuming corner within Hougang CC. Nonetheless food is consistently good and in my opinion comparable to restaurant standard. Would travel to Hougang whenever i'm craving for vegan Japanese food.

A nice japanese themed vegetarian restaurant in the neighbourhood! The side dishes were interesting and tasty! I lile salmon sashimi tasted exactly like the real ones! Safer than the real ones in this time of Covid danger! The tofunagi maki is great too! Reminds me of softshell crab sushi we usually ordered. Shitake mushroom with cheese is great too! However the main dishes didn't quite impress me. Will skip review of them.

Affordable and comfortable cafe with vegetarian japanese/ korean cuisine. Located in Hougang community club. Some of their items may contain eggs or dairy, so do check when putting in your orders. They are closed on Wednesday unless 1st / 15th of lunar calendar. Only down part is the place tend to be over-crowded on weekends and during lunch hour.

Small place nice environment with good service. Provide water, price acceptable no extra charges. Curry mayo cheese maki ? Shitake cream and cheese ? Tofunagi maki teriyaki sauce too sweet Yangnyeon monkey head mushroom Don sauce too sweet, maybe not my taste.. will again and try other dishes.

I love the twist of vegetarian food. Price is a bit pricey. The unagi wasn't highly recommended but we didn't liked it, it left a charred after taste. All the rest was really good. I would like to return more regularly but the price is just a bit high so not so soon.

? Avocado Mayo Don ($10) ? Cereal Cream Red Tea ($6) ? The avocado mayo don has very generous portion, abit too much that I felt so so so full. Cereal Cream Red Tea is not very sweet, but the portion is so small that $6 ain't worth it. The sushi is good though, will definitely order the sushi maki rolls when I'm back (if ever). ? No waiting time because I went there during late lunch hours. Food was served pretty quickly after order. ? I think most food are priced reasonably except for the drinks. ? It's rare to find a place the serves tasty vegetarian food, and this place definitely is one of those rare places. So rare that it's located a little inconveniently. Will go back if around the area but won't warrant a special visit just for this.

Great space for meal and afternoon snacks. I do find the menu very intriguing. The space is cosy and service is great. The food is also very fast. I like the fact that while the space is small, the ventilation works well and you don't leave smelling like food. I had the chocolate sorbet which was light and rich in flavour. The vegan dumpling was very tasty, even my kids loved it.

Food was unique but a bit too much sauce. More creativity and themed menus would spruce the place up. Spent about 20 bucks for two person for some snacks. Japanese and Korean like menu and the service was great. In the hougang cc which should be easy to find.
