โ โ โ โ โ Ordered Kway Chap Set ($5) for breakfast. Tasted great and the pig intestines did not have smell.

โ โ โ โ โ As a grab driver for many years, I've ate braised duck rice all over the island. Rui Heng braised duck is still my best and favorite braised duck. Coupled with humorous and friendly owners of the stall. They recognised me by "ๅคๆฑๅธฎๆๆทนๆญป้ฃไธช้ฅญ" and as you can see, they aren't stingy with ingredients of their dishes.
Price fairness: 5/5 (Cheap yet damn good)
Food quality: 5/5 tender juicy tasty
Friendliness: 5/5 stall owners are so nice
Cleaniness: 5/5 spotless
Parking: 5/5 easy to get a parking lot
Bonus: there's a provision shop nearby that has a fwet chihuahua as shop assistant if you can spot it.
PS: I'd marry the braised duck if I didn't already have a best wife in the world.

โ โ โ โ โ My go to fix for braised duck rice and Kway Chap. Better than ๅ่ฎฐanytime. Underrated bcos within hdb area.
Very famous within Hougang Precinct. If you are from Hougang and not eaten or heard this store before, most likely you have not stay in Hougang long enough. Very friendly boss. Please be early. Duck usually finish by 1430hrs.

โ โ โ โ โ Love their duck rice sauce! Itโs rich and flavourful. Tender duck meat too!! Super generous serving of noodle! Dry duck noodle was pretty good too especially with their chilli ? find their kway chap normal~

โ โ โ โ โ Sells very quick!! Make sure to buy it before 12pm. One of the best braised duck rice I ever tasted up till now too. Always visit here to get a set of duck rice with their pork belly and tofu. The rice is very flavorful and you can feel each grain separately in your mouth. They also topped with this thick sauce on top of the rice which enhances everything.
Duck is also not dry and moist with the skin on top of it being very flavourful when eaten. Along with the pork belly which was braised and super good too. It was not overly tender nor super hard, but chewable meat and soft fats that melts in your mouth. Tofu and egg wise is pretty standard.
Over all 10/10, the best I have ever tasted

โ โ โ โ โ Very generous portion for a $4. Came with half an egg, some bean curd and peanuts. Rice and meat portion were generous too. I like the sweet spicy chilli too. Stall only accept cash and CDC vouchers.

โ โ โ โ โ Be prepared to wait.
Braised Duck was flavorful but the other ingredients somehow was not braised long enough.
I noticed their style leaned towards the lighter version.
The saving grace were their sambal chili which was the winner.

โ โ โ โ โ My brother in law recently told my wife about this place, and since she loves all things duck, I went down earlier to pack lunch home.
While I was there, I also bought some kway chap which I happen to love.
The noodles we're good! There was an aromatic herbal infused smell to them, and the braised gravy added to it gave it a rather pleasant piquant flavour.
The kway was silky-soft, and the soups base clean-tasting. The offals were just turgid enough to give spring to the bite, with none of that bicarbonate taste some other places have. I also realise there isn't any of that porky taste so obvious in internal organs sold at kway chap stalls elsewhere. With this, I believe I have found one of my favourite braised duck and kway chap stalls on the island, and I will certainly be back for more:)
