Amazing taste too! Lunch time got to wait about 10min. Lots of egg too.
Their chili is slightly stronger than normal.
So if you can't take spicy better tell uncle no chili.
Also they sell raw carrot cake too make by the uncle family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the black carrot cake. Hot from the pan, it was not overly sweet. Just nice with crispy bits of wok hey. Super nice! I finished this despite having had breakfast just now. Will come back next time to try the white one.
Oh and the seller was nice and cheery. A nice start to the day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This stall we quite popular and open early morning. They serve quite a big portion of traditional fried carrot cake. Polite uncle cook, unfortunately he didn't add in spring onions, which is a must have for fried carrots cake. When I ask the uncle, he told me spring onions ingredients only come in later morning for lunch crowds.
So next time, I would not order this before lunch time. ?
Overall, taste are good. Recommended if you craving for fried carrot cake, and don't mind without spring onions during morning hours.
