The dark soy sauce provided is of a rather low quality, not too viscous and very salty. Do use it sparingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I forgot to take a picture but I thoroughly enjoyed my soy sauce chicken noodle. In fact I think this is my fav soy sauce chicken noodle EVER! The noodle is Hong Kong style so it has a very nice bite to it. Everything was perfectly seasoned and the chicken was big, juicy, and tender. 10/10!
