★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the king queue and decided to give it a try. Not to my liking. The braised is not fragrant but salty. The Kway is normal. Chillis nothing much to comment. Not cheap thou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came just after lunch time so the queue was not too bad. For a price of $4.50 for one person, it is quite worth it. The quality of the intestine, pork etc is tasty. Can add on more if you are willing to pay. No frills lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed the kway chap with added large intestines head ($6.50). The kway was warm, the broth was good. The texture of the large intestines was great, and the portion of ingredients was good for the price. Good that the dish was focused on the core meat ingredients - no braised peanuts or tau kwa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent kway chap with generous serving in Bugis. Innards were clean and well-braised in a light soy sauce base that is rather heavy on spices. Pork belly was tender. Kway broth was a tad diluted at 2pm, but had the pleasing fragrance of garlic oil.
