They really helped implement my transit even though I contacted them at last moment, also they were helpful to make some last moment changes for we as well.!! It was truly a comfortable, clean and safe journey which added to the enjoyment of the event. We will definitely get them again for our transport needs in future events :)

Bus- 8/10 not newest but kept very well; no damage and very clean.
Driver 8/10 - punctual and responsive, emailed instructions were all met; i think he helped clear trash in between the carols
Booking 9/10- transparent and very responsive. Good follow up.
Highly recommended will contact them again for future bookings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took bus from TBS. Supposed to be at 11am from TBS waited more than one hour, came a tourist bus went to different places for pickup passengers and to pick up goods. Never stop at petrol station, never get to buy snacks and food. Very bad service. The TBS staffs said this billion star bus always have problems and issues with their services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 2 buses for our company away day event, buses arrived on time and were patient with our boarding, we took awhile to get everyone to leave the office to board the buses but the buses waited patiently for everyone . Buses were clean and air-conditioning was working powerfully for the hot weather ! Bus drivers were courteous, kind and very helpful towards us . Highly recommend this easy to book bus service, customer service was speedy and provided quote and information swiftly . Administration was a breeze ! Thank you Westpoint Transit !
