★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for CNY eve, started at 5.30pm came at 6.25pm almost 1 hr.. during this time called an no one answered. By the time Lou hei finish all the food are literally cold.. most jia liat catering ever.. definitely not worth it..

Ordered through Foodline and selected Fu Kwee caterer - Ms Lilian refuse to pick up any of our calls during the 31 Jan evening. And all we hope is at least they could just tell us if the order is a “go” or “no-go”. To our great disappointment, We have to re-order dinner again and the whole reunion dinner is messed up.
We really hope you will take up our case with Fu Kwee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey Fu Kwee, you told us that you are packing when we call at 4pm and around 5pm, we called and you said that your kitchen have problem and now you totally not answering call. Are you serious or not? You do such a thing to your customers during CNY eve? Can you deliver or not just let us know so we can find alternative. Can somebody get back to us?
