★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A solo chef cum owner stall. Delicious, cheap and fast is how I will describe this stall. The stir fried noodle at only SGD 6 has clams, squid, 2 large prawns and lots of cabbage. It usually is enough for 2. The bitter gourd with ribs is also highly recommended. The chef is able to churn out such delicious dishes in amazing speed considering he works alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuqing Bee Hoon. Found an old school food stall that appears to be like a one man show but yet spot a large variety of menu items. I took a chance with one of my go to Xin Hua dish, fried bee Hoon. Because it is freshly cook upon order, the vegetables are crunchy, the bee Hoon still soaking in warm broth and the meat and seafood succulent.
