★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason to visit this shop is it you are in a hurry. Pricing here is crazy especially if you just need to print a couple of pages. My recent experience:
1. Long queue because only one computer supported emails. So all other computers are just there doing nothing ..
2. I got charged a couple of dollars for mailing them the document. Thumb drive is free
3. There’s a min for paying even with nets (I guess inconvenient but fair)
4. There’s a total minimum you’ll have to pay even if you are printing 1 page
Overall experience sucked

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional Serviced, get my passport photo done within 15mins. Staff is very professional and provide advised on the size and requirements for Malaysia passport renewal to ensure a success submission on the system. Price is acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resolve your printing needs but the printing of documents can be via bluetooth. The bluetooth connection printing is pretty troublesome. If you need to use the computer for easy access to documents, you will need to pay $1 more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my very first time giving review on google because the staff's attitude is unprofessional. She is a young lady who talking to customer in a rude way, showing impatient and rushing me to expertise my printing at 9.20pm when the shop is closing at 9.30pm. Very bad experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to scan my passport. The charge is immediately 2 dollars for just one page. If you want to receive the scanned document by email, that’s additional 1 dollar. I was so surprised. Tell me if that doesn’t seem too much. But well, I didn’t have a choice. What a shocker, though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they raised their price to $16 for visa photos. really expensive and the photos turned out just good enough for its purpose. don't expect them to care about how you look in the photo. they know their location is convenient so they dont need to try hard.
