★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the shelfs don't have price tags for toys. It was very annoying to get to the counter bypassing the queues each time to check the price. Otherwise the collection was good. The staffs were responsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a rather small TRU, however it's compact enough to get basic stuff . As compared to their previous store in basement, this is only fractions of its formal self . Nevertheless I get it, retail is dying, it's necessary to downsize . Conveniently located next to the food court .It is easy to get stuff or window shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a wide range of toys and there are sections ment for a particular toys series. It is quite easy to spot the toys you want to buy. However, the cashiers are sometimes a little lazy as whenever I ask for something, and whether it is in stock, they just say no without checking or doing anything. Otherwise, they are usually kind. Also, the toys are not kept on the shelves in a regularly basis and they wait until all of the toys finish on the shelves then they refill it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ToysRus is a toy paradise for kids, boasting a diverse range of toys catering to kids of all ages.
The central aisle ( walkway ) is slightly narrow and would be difficult to navigate through on a busy and crowded day.
The T Rex animatronic moves and has a terrifying roar that can excite kids.
Toys are placed strategically throughout the shop which kids are allowed to play with. As an example there is a battery powered crane, a Table Football and even Remote controlled cars.
There were very few staff but they were not rude in any way.
A great place for kids, just like some of the other Toys "R" Us stores that I have been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for getting gifts ? for children. It is very colourful. You need to press the bell at cashier counter as there might be just one person managing the whole store so he/she might run up and down. Be patient as staff is responsive. I picked a trolley school bag for my nephew for $60.
