★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff members need to be trained. Some serve at a high standard and some are not trained properly. They surely need a training session for the Sales Associate. I went with a plan to buy a bag and bought as the Manager was well trained but on my next visit ,she was not around the Sales Associate did not do a good job. I would love to see the team taking efforts to arrange training session for their Sales Associates!!!!
