β β β β β The male employee was very rude. We went to Fun Toast at 745am on Saturday because the indicated opening time on Google is 730am. He rudely dismissed us though we were trying to help by asking him to update the info online. Then they got our order wrong.

β β β β β Gosh! Not sure if it is the location or what, it was not cosy despite of the air conditioning. I don't know why.
And my colleague and I had to sit separately as there was this guy who was occupying a table all by himself and we thought he was going to leave but unfortunately, he was waiting for his 2 other friends to come.
I'm not sure if Fun Toast should regulate their customers about taking longer than expected when they are dining in. I think there should be a stipulated time for dining since we are into covid-19 safe distancing, strict dining in regulations, etc.
It was so hot, we just wanted to eat our food quickly and leave the place. Also, because we could not find a 2-pax seating so we were separated!

β β β β β New mall, you would expect clean places and especially in this period of pandemic F&B would be extra careful and sanitise regularly. Unfortunately not the case at this cafe outlet of the popular chain Fun Toast. Absently ordered a coffee and found a table to sit down waiting for a friend. Then realised, tables everywhere were filled with leftovers the staffs failed to clear and clean. There 3 staffs that I can see, besides operating Cashier, makes coffee, bantering mostly. When they finally do clear the tables, all they do were bring away the utensils. No wipe cleaning, clean food debris or sanitisation of table surfaces. Flies can be seen everywhere. Coffee while aromatic, a tat bitter and honestly, lost all appetite for anything.
