โ โ โ โ โ Mall has no biking parking, it's not allowed leaving your bike on the fence and the entire mall is situated on a PCN network. Makes no sense.

โ โ โ โ โ Have a supermarket, LiHo, kCuts and a few other F&B stores. Most stores closes pretty early, before 10pm. Nothing much to expect from the mall.

โ โ โ โ โ no motorcycle parking. Other mapletree properties (notaby MBC) have free motorcycle parking. Bikers: spend your money elsewhere.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice but small shopping centre in the Tai Seng area. Conveniently connected into the Tai Seng MRT station. Small selection of eateries,coffee joints,single bakery,usual NTUC supermarket but no fast food joints like Burger King or MacDonalds to grab a quick burger

โ โ โ โ โ 1. Mall has no bike parking, and it is not allowed to leave your bike on the fence. This is despite the entire mall being situated on the PCN network.
2. The food outlets here taste average for the price they charged.
3. If you are thinking of renting places here, don't bother with it, because the units in buildings right next to it are at least 20% cheaper.
4. If you are F&B thinking of taking up a store here, I strongly recommend that you visit this place during the late afternoons to evenings & weekends before you plunge any investment. This is because, from late afternoon to evenings, as well as during the weekends, this place is like a zombie town. For the rental they are charging here, I am unsure whether you can recoup your investment.

โ โ โ โ โ Quite and interesting place that is near the industrial complexes. However, they are more like office space than industrial complex. Singapore had become so developed that we have entered the creative economy and zoning and function have to change according to the need of the economy. Zoning too is limiting as most functions are disrupted by the disruptive technology, blurring between industrial, creative, desk bound, cafe brainstorming, secret and open, a lot of previous operandi are thrown out of the window, mind are expansive, possibilities are sought, even failure is good, so much so that fail fast become a plus point than a negative one. Have you been there done that? Yes. Just do it.
