Her fur was super fluffy and haircut was neat and tidy! Very good customer service too - staff was very friendly and I always get prompt replies◡̈

I've tried other groomers but Fursclass still my go to! Really love how they keep me updated with Gus's problems if any, if not, his goofy photos! Thanks Fursclass!

Zilch separation anxiety and she happily followed Janelle (groomer) into the salon after I handed the leash over to her. Janelle also sent me timely updates and photos on how she was doing so I knew she was in good hands. Location was convenient, managed to park alongside the curb for quick drop-off and pick-up. Thumbs up! ??

My puppy looks really happy and there was consistent update throughout her grooming session which makes me feel at ease. Thank you Furclass for making it totally enjoyable her!
L	Lee Wai Leng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fursclass' herbal spa treatment worked wonders for my dog who was having stubborn dandruff. His fur became so soft and fluffy after the treatment. They also took the trouble to do most of the grooming on the floor instead of putting him on the grooming table as per the usual protocol. That helped to calm my dog down as the whole experience was quite new to him. They shared grooming advice generously too and I found that very useful. I also appreciated it that they have this program to donate part of the proceeds to a dog shelter on your doggo's birthday every year. And they were flexible enough when I requested for the donation to be made to the shelter where I adopted my dog from. Overall, it was a great experience and I was told my dog didn't even want to leave when the treatment was over! I will definitely be bringing my dog back again.
E	Eelaine Boo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is Soup's second professional grooming (She's 2.5 years old) and we are very, very pleased with the service. The team was very patient with Soup and made alternative arrangements to ease Soup into the grooming session as well. We really like the fact that they do not leash any dogs when the dogs are waiting for their turn to be groomed or to be picked up. There was also very minimal wait time for her turn to be groomed. (The first place we went leashed Soup to a door and Soup was waiting for 1 hour before she got groomed!!!) Overall, very pleased and happy with the service. :)
