The staff are friendly and professional and really take care of the animals in their care. Since we were new dog owners the first time we dropped by, we were given an introduction to the types of services they had available as well as suggestions for our puppy. Everything was explained thoroughly and we were immediately put at ease by the professionalism and genuine helpfulness of the folks at OLO.
Our Frenchie always comes home smelling fresh and thoroughly cleaned whenever we send him for grooming and we can tell he's well taken care of because he's always at ease and relaxed when he's at the shop.
If you're looking for reliable and professional groomers who'll take special care of your furry companions, look no further!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A week after i brought my dog for grooming, she was so scared of water & even pooped 2 times while i was drying her fur. Must have be traumatized by the groomers over there.
She never had this problem when we bathed her.
Please train your staff to handle dogs with love & care, they might not be family to you, but family to others.

It’s really a hidden gem and they pamper my little Skye to the max. 100% cage free and they do give the best advice to what is best for your little pups. Got myself a VIP package and to be honest it’s not even expensive, $500 for 700 plus credits (though there is a limited time frame but they mention they aren’t that strict). Service and attitude toward both the customers and dog is 100%, couldn’t ask for more! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best grooming place ever! Place was very clean and staff were extremely friendly, well trained and gentle in handling dogs. There are no cages and dogs are allowed to roam free and play with other dogs after their grooming. My dogs always come home happy after their grooming and unlike other places, I never have to worry about how they're doing. Thank you so much for such a wonderful grooming experience for both me and my dogs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a groomer nearby after previous groomer butchered my dog's fur. This place is a gem. first impression is that the place is clean and welcoming. the groomer attending to us was very courteousness and asked good questions on what to look out for and provided her own advice/opinions accordingly. I left my dogs with them at ease. dogs were very well-groomed, and gave my dog the perfect schnauzer cut that I look for. bought their grooming package straightaway and look forward to having them as my dogs' groomer for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isaac patiently explained my cats treatment plan and worked for 3 hours to demat my long hair cat. He also removed his undercoat. Amazingly, my cat looks almost the same, just younger. But he feels so much lighter and softer! A great first grooming experience and will definitely be back
