โ โ โ โ โ Terrible haircut by the senior male barber (wearing spectacles). Cuts uneven hair bangs and done within 5 min for a $6 haircut job. He even cuts off my side longer hair for no reason.

โ โ โ โ โ Made a booking for 2 and specially confirmed service can be completed within an hour. When arrived, asked to wait and mentioned 1hour is not possible, shop is short handed. Then why booking accepted in first place? The good hairstylists have all left,leading to such poor attitude and service. Left stranded with package signed.

โ โ โ โ โ They just simply cut. Cut as fast as they can without any care for quality. For an 8 dollar hair cut, totally not worth it. I had better haircuts elsewhere.

โ โ โ โ โ The Rivervale Mall branch was clean and the staff provided good service. But the branch in Hougang was disappointing. The salon smelled of chemicals, wires all over on the floor, waiting for an accident to happen. The wash area was dirty, slippery and smelly. Towels looked old and dirty. Really disappointing, as the management has failed to provide a good service to the customers and a clean and healthy work environment for its staff. How ?

โ โ โ โ โ I coloured my hair here and there's a almost a bald patch on the front of my hair thanks to how they handled the service, blow-dried to style in a hurry as they wanted to entertain the customer with more thicker hair and treatment=$$$! I lost my hair quality and dunno whether it will grow back.

โ โ โ โ โ I told the new woman with spec to cut a little and side shave no. 2 and what the person cut for me? Army hairstyle?! I told her why so short she said I got hair loss?! Still used the thinning scissor to cut?! Why? I told her I donโt want thinning hair and she was talking to her colleagues?
