I've had several haircuts here.. Cheap and basic place, previous cuts were okay. Today I had a hair cut here. Most uneven haircut and the price went up. Don't see myself coming here again. Kcuts is better.

we asked for highlight and to make it look natural. it was supposed to come out brown. they bleached our hair, left it orange. the highlight was so uneven, and the strands were not naturally placed. looked like a tiger. 0/10 recommend.

Requested for “a little above shoulder” cut but it ended up being “a little above chin” cut. Highly discourage females to have their hair here! Wished she would’ve at least cut it straight but the unevenness is so pronounced. My uneven hair is too short to get a trim/fix elsewhere. Please please please do not get your hair cut here. P.S. you can hear them talked about their competitors too.

Went to have a haircut, on the 18 September. At 1900. Requested for a basic haircut, did not have any specific stylist which I wanted. I was served by this hairstylist, male, long hair, tattoos on his arm. Speaks Chinese, always seen wearing a Hat. After specifically telling him, not too short overall, as I did not want to see drastic change to my overall looks, he still cut too short. And on top of that, not balance on the side as well. Very very disappointed with such an experience. Did not even bother to showed me the back, after completion of the haircut. Simply just, , " Go to the front to make payment" I voiced out, it's too short, he just ignored and walked away. Did not listen to what the customer wants in the first place, and simply, just doing a 50% effort in the haircut. I will never ever return to this salon anymore. Side was too short and not balanced, my side sides, is uneven. More curved in to the right. Fringe, was way too short, it looked so funny. The top was too "thin". Did not understand why, I specifically told him that I do not want to have it too short, and he still made this mistake. Very very bad review of this Salon, worst experience ever!

Why is there a same brunch that is 5 mins away cost 8 bucks for a haircut while this brunch raise price from 8 to 12? Purely scamming and terrible skill

A female hairstylist with short hair, her service attitude is very terrible. I cant judge for skill because i decided i wont go for it as I pretty fed up with her attitude. If not ready to service, pls dont involve yourself in service industrial.

Extreme Bad service already told the stylist a tattoe long hair guy to be gentle as my hair is tangled but he still combed very hard and hurting my sculpt.n comb my ears Ouch painful !..This is unacceptable and rude of him as he still added is because i refuse to wash my hair at his salon even i told him i already wash it but he exaggerated saying it seems i didnt wash it for few months it makes me unhappy the way he said it and that does not mean i deserve this treatment .Worst he keep complainng my hair is dry and that it is in bad conditions critising my hair as if i m lazy to take care .The way he say is very mean disregarding my feelings so untactful that is so unprofessional n even say my forehead is small and not suitable to cut short fringe which is untrue as many other stylish have compliment me with short doll fringe...He is unhelpful and even went to cut my back without ist asking me the length and i had to tell him.for fear he cut it too short. My first and last time . Waiting time is close to 30 mins and yet i was disappointed with the results...

Usually come back to this place 19 Feb, got a cut by one of the guys, long hair tied up. Very polite and got a nice undercut style. He accommodated to my requests for cutting shorter as well. Overall good experience!
