Does not have the widest selection range and you can't weigh the ingredients yourself but you can get 3 veggies and a meat for $5. Be warned that it is less of the numbing mala and more of the spicy kind.

โ โ โ โ โ Easily the most reasonably priced ma la xiang guo in the queenstown neighbourhood! $9.50 for 5 items inclusive of 2 meats (beef and chicken). It's not too oily as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Ma La is seriously addicting! But this new stall is nice of course can be a bit salty at times but it is very yummy and tasty. They usually blanch all the stuff to make a broth and stir fry and season with their ma la sauce.
You can choose the spicyness level you want. Price is a bit on the high side because 6 toppings can be around $7 but it is worth it.

Bad service - Lady was super super rude.
Food - Food was so bland and not up to the price expectation.

โ โ โ โ โ Very nice mala xiang guo. The garlic non-spicy option is very fragrant as well. They use very little oil here so it's good for health conscious people.

โ โ โ โ โ Food and price is decent here, both the ma and the la is well balanced (you can request for more ma if needed). However it seems to lack the intensity in flavor.

โ โ โ โ โ Really nice. I prefer my mala more numbing so ordered medium spice + numb. They count by per item, so what I took came up to $10, added 2 portion of rice so total 12. The portion is decent and the rice is super fluffy. Highly recommended.
