As there was a mistake made by one of the MHC clinics, Tracy went the extra mile to check and had helped to ensure that my helper was able to continue to claim the coverage for her 6 monthly check up. I would really like to affirm her as she has displayed great sense of responsibility and provided excellent service to her clients.

Initially I was hesitate about changing the insurance company but I am glad I did. My helper consulted a Specialist for her critical illness and underwent preliminary diagnostic tests. FWD promptly attended to my medical claim with some questions asked and the claim was processed and paid out quickly. The whole process was simple and did give me added stress while I was attending to my helper's medical care and arrangement home. Thank you Sarah and all at FWD!

This time round, it wasn't a insurance claim, but a voucher that was issued by FWD. My voucher had long expired and I wanted to check if FWD could extend my voucher. I came back from my trip on Friday, went to the doctor on Friday night and submitted my claim on a Saturday. The claim submission was really easy and took a couple of minutes. Claim was approved in minutes and amount was deposited to my bank account on a Sunday. Truly impressed by how easy and efficient the whole process was!
