To your response, I figured it would be better for me to elaborate:
I went for a business trip in January and stayed in the Regent Hotel Singapore. Normally, I would exchange my currencies at the concierge, but I was notified that the service has been outsourced to your kiosk. Curious, I tried to exchange $100 which did not go through until many tries later. After realizing that the exchange rate is terrible, I was not allowed to cancel my transaction which is unfair and disappointing. Please correct me if I am wrong, but I do not recall providing any identification which transacting on your kiosk. There is no need for any further reaching out to be done, or any solution to be met. This is my personal review on my experience after using your service. Thank you.

I notice there's an app but it's not functioning yet until pandemic is over.
