Service is good, brought my 1 year old son for hair cut. The other staffs all try to distract him and calm him down while the stylist is cutting his hair.

I've officially lost all faith in local hair salons because of this particular salon. If you're reading this, I'm telling you right now, do what you want with this advice. I went in thinking I could get a hair change and perhaps get advice from the hairdresser. How wrong I was. The simple trim turned into a major HAIR FAIL. The hairdresser is seriously outdated and needs an upgrade. I'm talking about haircuts that you would get when you were still in primary school. I bet you 10 bucks you give her this word "balayage" and she'll scratch her head like the neanderthal she is. Sorry, if you're a hair salon, you have to constantly upgrade yourself. It's the 20th century, for christ's sake. Okay, I get what you're saying, this is just a neighbourhood hair salon, right? WRONG. She didnt even have the basic framing skills. My fringe is a disaster because of her. My fringe was not cut properly, and my hair looks very thin and weak. By not cut properly, its not even EVEN. It's way too short for a fringe. Every idiot knows bangs are NOT supposed to be above the eyebrows. *buzzer sound* Yes,my hairdresser cut it way above the eyebrows. Maybe it's my fault for not being able to speak fluent mandarin, so I silently watched while she screwed my hair over. If you want to see a picture of my haircut, google "Jim Hawkins didney worl". No, I did not misspell "Disney world", and yes, that is how I look like because of this haircut. Thanks for screwing over my hair. NOT. I'm never setting foot in here again.

I went to have a "trim" for my hair. And as an indian my hair was oily but i just went for a trim. No washing, no blow drying or anth. The aunty who cut my hair was kind of rude becos i had oily hair. When i tired asking some qns about the washing of hair n stuff she answrred very rudely n linked it all to my hair cutt then i had to tell her i dont want it now but maybe some other day. When we were done with the cut she charged me $18 for just a "trim" seriously? It wasnt even a full cut but a trin which took lesser than 10 mins to do. When i asked her if have student price as im im a student she answered "no" very rudely. I didnt want to argue any furthere with this kind of people so i just paid her and left. Would suggest not to visit this salon esp if u have oily hair or u r going for a "trim" because they will charge u alot! Bad customer service too.

Tried to go for a haircut at 8.30pm but they got turn away as they said they are closed already.

Great customer service, very professional hairstylists. Always come here for a good haircut or rebonding session! They don't hard sell you products and their prices are very affordable. Have supported them ever since they've opened here and will continue to!

Very patient with kids. Definitely will bring my kids for haircuts again.

Please don't patron this hair salon! Simple trim for kid charge until $12 Wash n cut for student $40 Not acceptable because previously only charge less than $35 for long hair (student) Overcharged and the staffs have the habits of chitchat in their language without knowing we understand. How can the staff cut my daughter hair and said to her "you how long never wash your hair ar?so dry ar your hair!" Is this how a staff suppose to treat a customer??! Overall bad services and now we know why RNB hair salon more popular than this G&G hair salon because their service much better. Please mind your language in front of your customers and stop overcharging. No receipts issued also.

Ivan is a professional, friendly and patient hair stylist. He is able to give me valuable insight on how my hair should be cut and styled, in order to fit my facial structure. I have always looked for him to have my hair done in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Price is really reasonable too! Highly recommended!
