★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered orea coffee sundae, suppose to have cheese icecream as a topping , but guess they completely missed out on that one, not to mention the amount of oreo bits were extremely little compared to other outlets with the same drink. Dissapointing, really. Rather go to Lot One's outlet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To LiHO TEA management, please retrain some of your staff in this branch to be friendly and courteous, otherwise no one wants to return and buy drinks from here. Girl with the dyed light / dirty blonde hair gave me attitude when I did self-collection as she scolded me about sliding order collected, which I haven't even picked up or touched my drink yet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk (100% sugar). But this is what i got. Where's the brown sugar? ? This is actually the 3rd time i bought this and it is consistent. Maybe next time i'll order with 300-500% sugar ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered for Sunrise Coconut. 80% of the drink is filled with crushed ice. See the pic. I am sure that I order for 50% sugar and not 5%. The drink hardly tasted like sunrise coconut. My previous drink Golden avacado was also so watery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs here lack basic human intelligence, especially the one named Atiqa and even the manager Jenny. System hang and they gave me a webpage and ask me to write an email instead of solving my problem on the spot. As if the email response can be immediate or else am I supposed to sleep in the shop to wait for a response just for a cup of tea?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought k-strawberry latte @ $7.90 and expected to receive the “strawberry bottle” as advertised (otherwise why would i pay so much just for strawb syrup + milk lol).
However when I received the drink, it was in M sized cup instead. The girl didn’t even inform that the bottle was out-of-stock lol… until I asked at the collection point. What a waste of money
