Terrance from G’plan Design is a very dedicated interior designer who helped us design our first home. The renovation was completed fast and smoothly according to his project time line. During the renovation, he communicated well with us to understand our needs, and talked to the contractors to get exactly what we requested. We’re most impressed by his constant and consistent follow-ups before, during and even after the renovation. G’plan Design provides a reasonable market price. Thanks to G’plan Design and Terrance for their hard work to build nice homes for their customers!

We were initially sourcing out few renovation companies as we were still yet to handover our flat. Lennon Soh from G’plan design was very sincere and patient in answering our enquiries as compared to other renovation companies. We were very excited to check out the costs for full house renovation. He was super patient and professional to help us convert our ideas and design theme and discuss with us. As this is our 2nd flat, we do have some ideas on what we want. Some areas we are super easy, but some more demanding.? As the condition of this unit is beyond old and dirty (uneven, many holes on the walls) the previous owner did not maintain, Lennon gave life to this house.? The whole 4 room resale unit including hacking of all flooring, master bedroom to link to next common room, hacking of bedroom 3 to make our living apace wider, new flooring, complete with carpentry work for Kitchen and shoe cabinet and painting. Even after we moved in, Lennon is also prompt to help us out for minor touch-ups. Excellent service! Once again, we would highly recommend Lennon Soh from Gplan Design for your home renovation!

my ID is Kingsley. He is experienced enough to handle workers and manage process efficiently and in cost effective manner. I completed my renovation (hacked everything) under 3 months and my friends cannot believe it. sure I will recommend him to my friend who are doing renovation later this year. that being said. active engagement into the entire process is necessary. you cannot leave it entirely to ID company and expect perfection. My house is undergoing renovation. We have been using Gplan for all our houses renovation. And as for the recent round we are so blessed that we've got the most experienced interior designer Kenny. He is so good with his work and managed to explain and advise us base on the best solutions. It makes us decide very effectively. He is so professional that he even turned up on holiday to explain our doubts. And of cos we can't wait to show you guys the end result of the house soon. I have engaged Terence from G'Plan Design at IMM for my mother's house. A very reliable and friendly ID who is easy to work with. He listens well to our needs and give inputs and ideas to ensure our design turns out well. He is very on time with his scheduling yet at the same time provided us with meticulous work. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that requires home renovations.

We had gone to 7 different Interior Design companies, and Lincoln and Kenny from G'plan Design was the only ones who were willing to listen to our design ideas instead of forcing their ideas on us, and also gave us valuable input on how to proceed with our renovation without breaking our budget. They gave us both the best quote and also had the ability to work well with us, so it was a smooth journey from our first meeting with them to them handing over our flat to us! And even after that, they have unparalleled after-sales service, answering our every query and were happy to help touch things up if we found anything that we overlooked when inspecting our flat during the hand over. This is my first time engaging Terence, our ID from G'Plan. We were referred by my wife's auntie who happen to be renovating their house with Terence. For our BTO flat, we did a full renovation. The work done was very meticulous, and Terence was always there 24/7 to answer our queries and give suggestions and advice on what we could do to create our dream home. Besides being responsive, he's also very responsible. If there is any issues with regards to workmanship and errors by his contractors, he will update us and rectify the problem immediately. He will follow through till the work gets done. We had a tight time frame to get all this done, and Terence managed to get our renovation done within 4 weeks! Highly recommended for full home renovation, we worked with Lincoln from G’plan design to fully renovate our new home, we were very impressed by his professionalism as well as ability to translate our ideas into great designs as well as manage the entire renovation work. Even during the peak of COVID (July / Aug 2021) everything was completed ahead of committed timelines. The entire house was renovated in less than 2 months including hacking of flooring, furniture, walls ; new flooring, complete woodwork and painting in a 3 BHK condo unit with very high quality workmanship. What was also very impressive was the flexibility Lincoln showed in adjusting and adapting to our ever changing requirements with a very pleasant attitude. Even after moving in Lincoln has continued to help out for minor fixes and changes promptly. Once again would highly recommend Lincoln from Gplan Design for your end to end home renovation needs !
