★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it was very crowded in the evening but we don't have to wait very long. Manager Mary organized the crowd very well and all went in smoothly. We were served immediately without any delay. Sushi Express is one of my daughter's favourite restaurant and with a great choice of different variety of Sushi with reasonable prices. Would like to thanks Mary for her good service ! Will definitely visit again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very limited variety, but food is as per its usual standards. One star for its consistent quality and two for its affordability.
But given how close it is to its other outlet at the Jurong Malls, I think it's better to simply walk over to the other outlet (if you don't mind the walk).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager and staff here are rude af. Menu and food do not match. Terrible. Last time patronising this cheapo, lousy and poor sushi place. Ordered 10 Jumbo Salmon sushi and all along it is exactly like the picture in menu. Today, I received jumbo salmon sushi that didn’t look like the menu and what I have always been eating and immediately feedbacked to the staff and manager. To which they claimed “it is like that”.

Staff helped to squeeze out a single seat even when there was group queue in front.
Season's special was great. Freshly prepared and I enjoyed myself again. Only 18 plates this round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok for service. Quality of food so so but considering the pricing, you can’t complain. Been there few time n cannot understand why the salmon sushi is never auto replenish n customers have to wait a long time.
Management should improve on this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although they don’t have the best of selection and that it is almost based on chance that you get what you want on the belt, I have always been a fan of their franchise considering you may eat as much or less as you want according to your appetite - at only $1.50 a plate!
Do go to their main website to check out their full menu offering and ask for those that you wanna have in case it’s not seen on the belt. Especially the miso soup as it’s really worthwhile!
