Engaged Weiken after an extensive search among several other reputable ID films. First time using their services and we were initially sceptical but it turned out to be a very pleasant one. ID assigned was Derrius Koh. What stands out from the rest was that, even from the initial quotations and proposals Derrius produced, till the order confirmation and actual renovation works, he is super responsive and very comprehensive. No over selling and certainly did not under-delivered. Communications was kept very open and our needs were duly met. We had a rather extensive requirements covering nearly the whole house (which was a re-sale) and it turned out the way we wanted, within the time frame required. This is during the period whereby it was transiting to the new normal and everything was opening up, we understand resources and supply chain will be tight, but these challenges are overcomed with smart workarounds and alternatives. Good job to the whole WeiKen team, esp Derrius Koh.

To summarise everything, I was introduced to Weiken through a relative of mine. After which I got to meet Brendan Wong from IMM’s Outlet in 2020 I engaged him to do a full overhaul of my entire unit (4 Room Resale) he was really prompt with his replies & have always provided me with assistance with regards to the entire renovation process. Overall the experience with engaging Brendan as my Interior Designer has been really good, two thumbs up would recommend.

My heartiest thanks to Brendon for meeting the renovation deadline, which I set to be before Chinese New Year! He worked tirelessly to finish the specified works as well as the minor rectifications to make the work complete. Brendon has always been prompt to answer my calls and messages, especially at odd hours. Often, he accommodated to my requested changes when things did not turn out as expected. I am very happy with his service. Well done, and thanks, Brendon!

I love the completed modern luxury design, and it fulfills the brief of achieving a bright living area yet blending well with the contrast of high-end dark walnut carpentry. Hiccups are inevitable during renovation, and certain areas could have done better - especially on the laying of protection. The workers started false ceiling, plumbing, carpentry installation, etc., without appropriately protecting our new vinyl flooring. It is a learning curve for ID, and she tried her best to rectify the problem. However, it should not have happened, which also caused a lot of undue stress. They dismantled the original door frame to build the new sliding doors. The new sliding doors complement well with the entire theme. However, ID could have done better to beautify the dismantled area. It looks unsightly and drags down the luxury theme. (still pending to see how ID resolved the issue) ID is a demure young lady and is open to our feedback. Nevertheless, there is still some room for improvement. It could have been a higher rating if not for the mishandled flooring.

We hired Cal from IMM for our new home renovation and we had no regrets having her as our ID. Very accommodative and patient, she was willing to listen to our ideas as well as give her inputs and suggestions to our ideas. We had confidence in her workmanship and professionalism in handling our house. She did the coordination with various vendors and update us periodically in the chat group reassuring us that things were according to schedule. And true to her schedule, we did manage to move into our beautiful new house on the selected auspicious date. Reliant and a person who knows her stuff well, I would definitely recommend Cal to renovate your home too!

We are very happy with our renovation. Edmund Ng is a responsible and and caring ID. He will answer all our doubts and advice patiently in solving design issues. Appreciate his effort in making our house simple and yet beautiful.

I hired a well known renovation company for my jumbo flat . They started all the hacking , cement work. They had subcontractors whom they could not get timely reno works done due to pandemic, they had many projects but not enough manpower. Two months into the reno works , suddenly , the ID drop a bomb. their factory cannot do our carpentry works , feature walls , built in wardrobes. We were devastated, we are an extended family already were living in a small rented flat as our flat buyer did not give us an extension but our seller needed 2 months extension. We did a research online , and we found Chloe of IMM .She was truly a Superhero for our family. We needed to move in in 30 days as our rental contract of 6 months was to expiry in 30 days. I was apprehensive that Weiken could do it in 30 days without compromising on Quality. Chloe reassured us her company has their own sub- contractors and she can do it.. Chloe is a very responsible and professional person. Being an entrepreneur of an SME myself , I wish I had a staff like her. But I am not in Reno business?. She is highly qualified ID. Overall, Chloe and Weiken is the best thing to happen this year for my family.. I would recommend Weiken and most importantly Chloe from IMM for your renovations needs. Their cost is not different or more expensive than other contractors. Other contractors may seem cheaper , but they quote giving inferior quality materials , making them look cheaper. Even my original contractor commented that Weiken workmanship and material quality are of a very high standard. Thank you Chloe and Weiken for a job well done

We went to weiken IMM and was served by Cal. She listened to our enquiries and made sure we got what we wanted for our house. Even though it took quite a while to finish the renovation due to the pandemic, i am still satisfied with the end product of the renovation. The carpentry works were nicely done. Overall, it was a smooth journey with the help of our ID.
