Bought 3 casual shirts on christmas eve for my son-in-law.
I returned yesterday to have all three shirts exchanged to a bigger size. The staff who attended to me, Ms Sam , is friendly and helpful. Really appreciate warm after sale service and her kindness in advising me not to get XL size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never thought I would buy anything from G2000 in year 2021 but Nancy, a staff working at this branch, was an absolute joy. She was helpful, extremely friendly and likeable. Feels like my long lost aunt. Service absolutely matters for retail and I ended up buying something because of her (hahah what a foolish customer I know). I saw from past reviews giving compliments to Nancy as well - hello G2000 give this kind lady a raise !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accompanied son to buy a suit for an interview. As it was our first time buying a suit, we were hoping the staff could give some expert advise on the right fitting. To my disappointment, the 3 staff there could not give any constructive advise. They had no or little knowledge about the right fitting of a suit. In the end, we realised the size of the suit we bought was not right after consulting a few friends and had to return to the shop to exchange.
