I had been a while before at their shop to buy a dress but their customer service is so bad.the lady whose name I couldn’t find out was very argumentative and forcing me to buy what she gave.horrible device.i guess it’s the customers choice to buy and not the sales staff at the shop to influence us.i had taken a red and black dress which didn’t have a size and then she showed me a black dress to which I said not black .she replied and was rudely telling off to herself u picked a black just now.i guess she didn’t see it was red too.i hope she will be more courteous as Singaporeans are known to be for....

Purchase was very disappointing because the order that came was not the same as the item that was sold during the live stream. Attached are 4 photos, first two (front & back) are the design I saw during live stream which are blue in colour. The 3rd & 4th photos (front & back) are the pant that I received which are mostly black in colour. Customer service staff was also very rude and refused to refund or return the product. Would not recommend.

Saw some clothing on the online website and decided to go down to the shop and check it out. Staff in the shop told me tat the website clothes only can buy online and it is not available in the shop. V disappointed... Bad customer service

It used to be one of my favourite store but not anymore . I have been regular customer for the past 8 to 9 years. Their clothes design used to be nice and they used to have a very friendly Taiwan sales lady. The customer service kept deteriorating. They are into Facebook live these days with no refund or exchange if the clothes do not fit. The delivery process is also quite troublesome and there’s long waiting time of more than a month. You have to prepay for the purchase so after that the shop doesn’t quite care about after sales. I had to keep following up on expected delivery. When I went to shop to collect and asked about exchange given that I couldn’t wear, the store person told me that they don’t manage the sales via Facebook live and it’s just a collection point . This is poor customer service as it’s obviously the same company ! When I called in, the customer service wasn’t keen on helping me and told me that I could go to another shop if I wish. I can see why their branches close one after another .

Bought a few times via FB live shows. Very pleasant experience and the prices are reasonable and staff are friendly and approachable. Will definitely continue purchasing from them. Keep up the good work.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I'm a new customer. Bought 1 piece of clothing online and had chosen to pickup from the store with the intention of trying out the clothes and buying more. Arrived at the shop and was served by Irene. One look at the photo of the invoice TAKEN BY HER OFFICE STAFF and Irene claimed that she couldn't see the Order Number and so unable to locate my order. She said she was busy and couldn't do anything to assist. Irene told me to message her office staff myself and asked the office staff to retake the photo, else I would have to go back without my purchase. I was shocked and frustrated at the kind of treatment I was given. Until I insisted that she settled her internal politics herself and locate my order, another staff came to assist. Terrible service! The other staff had no trouble locating my order and I didn't see thousands of orders at the shop either.
