β β β β β Got my S22 Ultra on 23 June. It has been a week and I have been enjoying my new investment (5 years after my S10e which still serves as a great spare phone). Gladys is indeed exemplary of customer service excellence. Her tone and attitude were sincere and friendly throughout our entire interaction. She understood my needs and was very patient with an aunty like me. She was well verse in transferring the data from my old phone to the new one and in pairing my Galaxy Buds 2, and did a thorough job. Also got some useful tips from her including that on screen protectors. Thank you, Gladys and the Serangoon Nex Team.

She even went the extra mile by helping us to set up the watch, synchronizing with our S20 and also assisted to redeem the Dairy Farm voucher online.
