Went back the next day to get it fixed.
Friendly staff was not there. Told the colleague I purchased the screen protector yesterday and corners was not fully sticked onto the phone. The staff I approached first changed a new one for me and told me to pay.
Nobody is listening had to repeat the same story to the other staff. They finally understood it's their defect screen protector.
Personally I felt that their stock are old and sits there forever which cause the problem.
Or the supplier mixed some old stock and conned them.
If u want to change matte for Note 8/9, consider wisely.

Otherwise, they also know how to remove the cameras on a phone.
