★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was served by Ming Hua and friend. Asked for privacy screen protector to be installed on my Samsung. After installation, there were visible lines on the screen and the resolution was very bad, it hurt my eyes. The 2 ladies on that shift then told me it was "supposed to be that way" after installing. I refused to accept it, told them i didn't like it and requested to change. However, they just stood there and said i can't change. Unhappy with my purchase and $22 burnt. Shouldn't have paid in the first place. Customer service was bad. Should've inform earlier about the pro's and con's of the protector. To the manager of this company, please buck up on the quality of your items. Do not sell items like this that can lead to discomfort for your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want your screen protectors to be perfect, then this place is not for you. They were kind enough to exchange screen protectors for my tablet, but still imperfect. I could have gotten the screen protectors for $3 online if I knew how to install and not get ripped off for 4 times the price than I should be paying... staff were very unhelpful and inexperienced in handling customers' complains and dissatisfaction on the spot. Apparently, I wasn't the only one going back to the store today... in front of me were a bunch of customers who had VERY AWFUL screen protectors installed by these two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the shop to get a screen protector for Samsung Note 20 Ultra. First one was pasted with a dent and a hair inside. Later did I noticed, the screen protector covers the camera! The female staff actually shows me that the screen protector im gona have actually can be bend, and she actually bended it right infront of me. As Note 20 Ultra has a poke out camera at the back, in order to protect it, I pasted a camera protector. And, all 3 camera was covered!! The camera supposed to be one of the top best but now the image taken and sent out was blur till I was asked to retake. Cannot make it customers service as well. Waste of money.
