β β β β β My husband and I purchased an iphone cover and screen protector in this shop. The owner of the shop was very friendly and kindly replaced our screen protector with a better one without extra charge, when we found issue with the screen protector due to bubbles on edges. He even helped us clean the phone very well and recommended the right products for my phone. Highly recommended.

β β β β β I bought a screen protector for iphone 11 yesterday. It had a small scratch initially before installation and it eventually cracked without me dropping my phone at all.
Owner refused to change for me a new screen protector or refund me. Terrible experience, will nvr buy from them again.

β β β β β Dishonest shop.
Went to Seletar Mall's branch, wanted to get a screen protector and staff offered 2 options, citing "80% and 95% sensitivity" for 2 different price. Opted for the more expensive one and guess what, 0% sensitivity. Totally can't read fingerprints even after trying to reset the fingerprints.
It was this point when it turned dishonest. The salesperson told me to ACCEPT IT BECAUSE HE ALREADY TOLD ME 95% OF THE TIME IT WORKS AND IF IT DOESNT, SORRY YOU STILL HAVE TO BUY IT BECAUSE YOU ARE 5% UNLUCKY GROUP.
Though I told him there is a big difference between 95% sensitivity and 95% will work on hp, they initially refused and still insisted that I take a non-working screen protector. When I asked why they didn't say upfront that there is a 5% chance it won't work, his colleague chimed in and said "like that how to do business"....I think this firmly tells you what kind of store it is.
Don't be fooled by their seemingly friendly demeanor, this is definitely a scam shop. I had to insist like mad before they finally removed that useless screen protector which they recommended and let me leave the shop.
Never ever going in again.

β β β β β Iphone had an apparent motherboard problem. Took up their service because of my own reluctance to sought out other shops. However, this was hands down, the worst phone repair experience i have ever had.
Initially told me that they could get it done by thursday at best, before they told me earliest friday like later on in the week. Went back again on friday, not ready, told me to come back on monday. Came back monday and guess what? The phone could not be repaired! All in all, they took a total of 7 days to tell me they could not fix the handphone.
Never mind the worthless week long wait. They still damaged the motherboard further! I took it to two different shops at Kovan, of which one is Yi Yun. I was told that because of the extensive damage, a whole replacement would be necessary which would bring the original expected price of repair to $220 to $400!
This was a debacle and the staff were barely professional. How they even survived this far is nothing short of a miracle.

β β β β β I bought a screen protector from them just 2 days ago. Went back to get it fixed bcos bubbles kept forming up on the screen. Store owner told me to pay $10 to replace a new screen protector when I just spent $45 (2 days ago) on the note 20 ultra screen protector. Turns out the underlying issue is the installation problem, as the screen protector was placed slightly to the right of the curved phone surface, resulting in the formation of bubbles on the screen.
Store owner refused to give a refund or waive off the installation fee of $10 although the fault lies with his inexperience in installing screen protectors. Will not recommend this store. Will give 0/5 stars if I could.

β β β β β Bought a screen protector from them that cos $40 said to be scratch, fingerprint and drop resistant but scratches started forming up. Went to afew stores and they told be that I I have was just a normal plastic that can easily cos $10 outside. I would like to advice any potential customer of theirs to do more research before approaching them as they will tend to say until got dragon got phoenix (Buy at own risk)
