One of the best seller i come across in the Carousell. Great Communicator, Polite and Professional. Seller willing to nego on the price and I got a good deal! Nice established shop in Far East Plaza. Item is as per described. Factory Sealed. (Unopened) Bought the ipad set home. Registered for local Warranty from Apple. Bought the Apple Care+ too! Highly recommended!

Total scam/rip-off. Visited their Far East shop to sell my used iPhone which is in PERFECT condition - no scratches, no camera issues and battery health is 100%. This I know because I’ve shopped around and every other shop says so. Since this shop advertised a really high retail price on sellup.com.sg, I thought I’d give it a try. Clearly there was no fault with my phone but the genius who “inspected” my phone miraculously found a “scratch” on the side. I swear, from the moment I bought that phone, I immediately placed it in my Otterbox DEFENDER casing. The only time I ever removed it was a day before shopping around to resell. So for that this genius deducted $100 off the advertised price - for an invisible speck of scratch. The following I thought I’d give their Northpoint branch a try, not knowing these two companies are related. At Northpoint, it’s called GameXtreme. At Far East, it’s called Gadget Solution. Lo and behold, the same genius assisted me WOW WHAT WERE THE ODDS RIGHT. And not surprisingly this time he came up with another fault with my phone - the camera was miraculously faulty! WOW. For keeping the phone back in the box after this genius inspected it the day before at Far East until the next day at Northpoint, the phone camera miraculously got spoilt WOWWWWW. And obviously knocked $150 off the advertised price. Before leaving I said I know he’s the same guy who inspected my phone the previous day at Far East. Genius paused, hesitated, fumbled before unintelligently feigned confusion. I eventually sold my phone to a regular place only less $30 then this scammer of a shop/company advertised. FYI, this genius is of a big built with glasses and wearing about 2 gold rings. I can’t speak for the website sellup.com.sg but definitely can from my two consecutive days experience with GameXtreme/Gadget Solution. BEWARE AND SHAME ON YOU.

Had the most wonderful experience shopping here though it’s quite brief but impactful. The boss, CH; was extremely helpful + customer oriented. Made tons of enquiries on the product that i was interested via their Carousell page; it didn’t deterred him from serving me. I came to the shop quite late (half hour to closure); yet he was patiently waiting for my arrival. Impressive. He was so helpful in the store + introduce me to products that i was searching for. Indeed this attitude was what impresses me most. I left the shop with what i came for; the helpfulness + patience + due diligence + meticulous attention to details + customer oriented attitude wins hands down. I’m sold by his professionalism. 1st time see this type of buyer find nth wrong than keep clean the phone for min 30times just wan to make the scratches, den say the light not bright enough want go out find more light just to see is there any small mini dot for him to deduct the price. Really very bad experience.
