โ โ โ โ โ The staff were rude and unfriendly.
Food were totally out of standard. Even my house area kopi tiam XO fish soup selling $3.5 were nicer having very similar taste.
I would rather you guys go Jalan Membina coffee shop to try out the fish soup instead. Closes daily 3am.
The soup here no doubt OVER PRICE with stick smell.
Service were as rude as you can imagine.
Even my grandmother can cook better.

โ โ โ โ โ 4* for the soup, 1* for the pricing. The soup is nice but very expensive. My 1 pax soup with plain rice cost $20..
It comes with 1 crayfish n few Dory fish slices. Actually dory fishes are v cheap fish that other fish soup stall used mainly for fried fish soup because of the texture of meat.
For the price yan ji is charging, I would think yan ji should at least provide batang fish slices.
I like their chilli flakes through.

โ โ โ โ โ This unassuming little shop tucked in a corner of Far East Plaza serves up the BEST seafood porridge/soup!! ? Their broth carries the natural sweetness of seafood, packed with fresh ingredients; every bite is so SO flavourful!! If you're all about convenience, they're on grabfood too (perfect meal for a rainy day ?)

โ โ โ โ โ A small corner at Far East Plaza. Need to order first before you find your seat. I ordered their signature soup with seafood that included abalone and scallops. The soup was so flavorful! Seafood was fresh. Had this with pumpkin rice... delicious. Iโm getting hungry again just looking at my photos.

โ โ โ โ โ Definitely not the yan ji taste, soup is milky and sweet, lacks the savoury seafood. Definitely disappointed to be yan ji seafood soup but not yanji seafood soup. So bad that my kid refused it.

โ โ โ โ โ The savoury pictures caught my attention. Bought the signature soup and taste good. The set comes with rice but wish the soup would be more. The packing was well secured with additional clean wrap to prevent spillage.

โ โ โ โ โ Tried the batang fish porridge today and my friend tried the dory crayfish soup with white rice.
Soup is nice overall but nothing outstanding or impressive. Felt like I've had fresher fish elsewhere before.
