I am a helper working in Singapore for more then 20 years . I always come to this shop to buy all my things , because they have the good products and always can exchange if I have any problems . I love this shop since I work in Singapore . I was upset about some reviews saying this shop is no good . May be some customer is too demanding and also like to compare prices on internet . We should know internet is always cheaper because they don’t have warranty and also cannot feel the products is real or fake. I highly recommend this shop if you want good quality products .

Please don’t bother listening to the complaints and poor 1 star reviews previously, this shop sells good quality stuff and they always provide money back guarantee in any event the product does not work well or is broken in any sense. No other shops that I visited provided such assurance. I’ve also personally experienced Karens making a big fuss over $5 or $10 overcharge. Store owners have rent to pay and unreasonable customers love to constantly compare prices online. If that’s the case please stay at home and shop online and don’t come out to physical stores! It’s people like you that give retailers a hard time. Don’t make use of retail stores as a pair of eyes for prices and start disturbing shop owners who are already working so hard just to make ends meet. I highly recommend this store if you are somebody decent and reasonable, if you are not then just stay home and don’t ever come out to shop.

Unfortunately due to my naïveté and trust to this seller I paid 199 SGD for 30-40 SGD dollar walkie talkie (that was discontinued, as I found out later from the web-search). The seller didn’t issue any invoice and the credit card invoice as well - chit chatting me away on the topics, so I got distracted. Unfortunately it’s my own fault for not checking and the trust. However buyers beware about the integrity of this seller.

I was looking for a powerbank and the seller recommend us so many things, explain, and prove us the quality of each product. This store is very helpful and trusted. I bought the viva madrid one! :)

Old Uncle, at the camera shop was super helpful with finding all the camera accessories for my camera. He was even able to replace the screen protector on my ancient cell phone. I can’t believe how easy it was to spend all my money, taking and joking all the way to the bank card. But super serious note, go to him he had everything I needed it wasn’t cheap junk as well.

Service very good. Both father & son very knowledgable of products. The son, Ben, was very patient & professional: photo-shopped my passport photo till I am satisfied, while also advising that certain facial characteristics should not be "cleared-out".

I passed by this shop(right in front of the entrance of Far East Plaza) to look for tripod for my phone, the owner approached right away and tried to sell 2 tripods to me, one is $49 with not so good quality and the other is $79 with a little better quality. There is no price tags on both items so I don’t know if he just made up the price depends on each customer. He then took my phone and asked me to unlock, he straight away connected the Bluetooth with the remote control, he seems very chatty and friendly so I got carried away, he then brought the $79 one to the cashier and sold me the one on display, he claimed that this is a new one he just took it out, without any box or packaging, without receipt or invoice. He also told me this is US brand, and I googled it after I purchased, there are many same items selling online for $9-$15… it is not US brand at all, be careful going to this shop or just be cautious about his “hospitality”.
