★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff weren't really helpful although we showed interest in buying speakers. This is not an outlet shop so most items are retail priced. They sell a good range of products from phones to laptops to speakers. There also demo sets for you to test before you make a purchase on many items.

Ordered some stuff with them and they delivered yesterday. Faulty items. Called the customer service, waited for 15mins, the first male staff took the call, didn't know about the exchange policy, had to keep making me wait. I asked if I could just go down to the store to do exchange, apparently the staff didnt know what to do. So I had to called for his supervisor Joy. Joy wasn't helpful either, she even called my name wrongly. I told her I would never buy any stuff online from hachi tech as I would rather go down to physical store to get it since its way convenient. In order to go for exchange for online purchase you can only go to some of the stores, not all stores. Rule of thumb: Buy online at your luck, faulty product at your luck, spend additional time go down to the designated Challenger store and got in exchanged at your luck. Good luck then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to shop for a particular Canon printer some months back. Initially, I was unable to find the exact model, as there was a wide assortments of different brands put on display. Thankfully, I was approached by a retail staff who patiently took time to check for me and eventually found it. Their services were great and commendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have requested for an exchange due to a cracks found on my razer mouse after I have brought home but the Malaysian male staff (bald head with spec) that was attended to me previously refuse to change for me and was very rude to me but was resolved by another polite staff. I'm having very unpleasant experience with this outlet and never wish to step in again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my daughter’s HP notebook from IMM Challenger.
Returned to ask if the notebook could be supported by a docking station. Male staff responsible for HP notebooks section was very rude and don’t even bother to find out. Simply answered “don’t know as we have never tried it before” and walked away without any proper closure.
