We bought different items from steam microwave, to juicer, to rice cooker, Dyson fan, cooking pot, electric toothbrush ect and when I returned the following week just to ask him how to use all those equipment he was very patient and taught me how to use. He knew every product. Congratulations Best you have good staff!!! Thank you so much Joe !

I was looking for an oven because mine had broken down. And she took the time to explain what are the features of a few models and helped to outline the pros and cons. And she was so jolly and cheerful throughout. And she never pushed any products on me! I really appreciate her recommendations and patience and it made my shopping experience so much more pleasant. They are willing to share tips as well. Staff will help to carry and pack the items properly to make it easier for us to transport home. Staff even offered to load the items in my car yesterday. We first got served by Edwin Mah, Sales Specialist, who recommended various vacuum brands that fit our needs and desires. With his help, we picked our now handy-vacuum! After purchase, we were then served by Cheryl Li, Ambassador (HA Products), as she further explained how to effectively use the vacuum. Due to the vacuum having many functions, she explained everything in detail and with patience! Making us equip with the knowledge to use the vacuum easily. Overall, we had a great experience here, being served by wonderful people:)
