★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience shopping for tech gadgets today. Have been to this outlet before to buy a fridge and enjoyed prompt service from Jackie that wasn’t too pushy unlike at other similar chains. Same thing today - unobtrusive and attentive service from Lily.

He is knowledgeable in the products and was not pushy at all, even though we needed some time to think about it. Overall it was a pleasant experience and will definitely recommend him if you'd like to purchase a TV or sound system.

He continued to serve us patiently even though it was almost closing time. This gain city outlet has every product that you might want, is bright and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was buying a hair dyer and I had 2 very big problems during my experience.
1. Promoter was completely clueless about the features of the product and couldn’t even give me a proper comparison between similar products. She even gave me a list of specs from a different product that I asked for. “Sorry I’m so confused” - her words, not mine. She even showed me the specs from her phone and told me to read it.
2. After calling my friends for advice instead since the staff was of no help. I picked a hair dryer that was labelled as $84, even the promoter told me it was $84. But when I went to pay at the cashier he suddenly told me it was $93??. I told him the label says $84, he said the price just went up. This is ridiculous. What’s the point of putting a price tag when you’re not going to update it. Eventually, he told me the lowest he could give me was $87, as if I was demanding a discount when in reality you up-charged me. I only purchased it in the end because I was urgent, otherwise I would have been out the door. Horrible. Disappointing. Unacceptable.

I had the privilege of being served by Jacky, Mani, Kenny & Jeremy on all different occasions. All of them offered very genuine advice for my purchases and their sales tactics were very focus to customers needs. A big shout out to the Gain City for building such a dedicated team of sales people.
