★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impeccable service and polite staffs. A lady (apologise for not remembering her name) called to reconfirm the colour of the speakers (3030i) which I placed thru Lazada on 12.12.
Went to their Showroom the next day to pick up some speakers cables. Mr Richard was hands on in taking my order while servicing 2 other customers at the same time.
Heard I bought the 3030i, he proceed to test the speakers.
Will definitely recommend Alpha to my friends and relatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a set of Denon PMA A110 and Elac unifi 2.0 UF52 recommended by Jonathan. Its a perfect match. sound beautiful. During the sound demo, Johnathan had help me to swop in a few set of floor stand speakers to share his thought and opinion.Overall service is perfectly Good. Well done Johnathan. Shop owner is also very friendly. I will definitely go back to alpha audio for their service and variety range of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a denon avr x2600h from alpha online. Needed a set of floor speakers to match the avr I bought. Went down to alpha during weekend with friends. Johnaton Chan was very friendly and helpful. He set up Elac debut F5.2 and Q-acoustic 3050i to let us have a listen to. I asked to try triangle borea br7 and he never hesitate to set up for us. Eventually, I bought the borea br7. Really impressed with the level of customer service provided. Will definitely recommend this shop and patronise them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Alpha audio to look for Q acoustic speakers and was attended by Mr. David Ho. He explained to us the speakers and demo the Denon AV amp for us. We end up buying some Q acoustic speakers and a Denon AV amp. Thumbs up for the good customer service.

Even when I walked in to buy $300 dollar pair of speakers, he gamely set up a $2000+ pair of Sonus Faber speakers for me to compare. I always had a fear of walking into these hifi shops as they can be quite intimidating, but this is the place to go to for great service and Hifi. Bought Q-Acoustic 3010 speakers for $300+ and they are amazing value for the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very patient and super knowledgeable people. I took my time auditioning a pair of speakers. My whole experience took about 2 hours.
Very transparent about their pricing. Next to the speakers, we also spoke about amplifiers, their technologies. They know the brands history they carry and why they carry these brands. It is because of the pairing between speakers and amplifier.
I had a budget in mind and they fitted it perfectly. They even let me try different amplifiers. All I can say, I was there to listen to music. But instead they made me feel the music. Simply amazing. Highly recommended shop if you are in the market for some gear.
