Although I took a really long time to decide which laptop to buy, he was very calm and patient throughout. I bought several electronic items from Gain city at this branch. The staff are knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I bought 2 TV and the person that attended to me was Mr Kelvin. He was very helpful and explained to me about the product and answers all my queries. I sincerely believe he has the customer interest at heart. It is not just a sell to him. If you looking to buy TV go this branch and look for him. You will get a 'WOW' service from him. Highly recommended. Look for Mr William if you want to buy washing machine. My wife and I went to search for home appliances like the fridge, washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. The sales promoters who attended to us were all very friendly and they provided us with very good and informative details about the products. Mr. Alan Lee gave us good information about the fridge that we were looking for and we were very satisfied with his service. Mr. Kelvin explained about the vacuum cleaner and the operation of the vacuum cleaner well. One of the best sales promoter was Mr. William who gave us full details about the various washing machines that were available. He seems one who is very versed with the product and also gave us very detailed explanation of the latest washing machine that was on offer. We were very impressed by his product knowledge and we finally decided to purchase what he recommended. On the whole, the experience that we had yesterday was one of those that makes you want to patronise for household products in the future. ???
