Wait for one hour for PCR test. Pls remember if you choose to do RCP test at this clinic, you need to be alert all the time because no queue number will be assigned and they only called your name once with very soft voice. If no response they will not call you anymore. If you dare to question them, the nurse is finally show her really voice and she can eat you. Thanks Covid for your great business Raffles!

Paid online and make appointment for annual health check up for the family. Appointment is a joke, the family still have to queue among patients. Fasting whole night and expect the healthscreen took place at 830am appointment time. But, queue for registration 30 mins, waiting for them to call the queue number another 1 hours. If I know earlier this is how they organized I would not choose them. It's a mistake. For those who want to do health screening yearly, don't repeat the mistake I did.

Inefficient. Bad customer service. Came early in the morning, there was a queue and I had my mom queuing while I went in to ask if health screening need appointment. The lady in counter said I need to queue then turn out need appointment for health screening. In the end, we went to another clinic nearby who is more welcoming and way more efficient.

If you value your time i would advise you to looks for another clinic. Booked an appointment at 3:30 for a pre-departure test. Fully paid on the app and there’s a cancellation charge. With all set you would think its smooth and fast visit. I arrived early even though they advise to be 5 min early. When i arrived i was expecting some to scan the qr code thats from app as to its purpose. But i was given paper fill up that says walk in. The super uninterested staff just told me to scan 2 qr codes. After more than a hour i had not been tested. This clinic has no respect for other peoples time. Most of the staff is so unfriendly. The nurse/doc who did my swab test is very friendly other than that i will not go back again. No wonder the rating is so low

It's funny. I don't usually visit Raffles Medical. But when I have to for situations like pre-employment checks, I tend to have the worst experience ever. I had a bad experience the last time and I'm having it now. I'm aware that covid cases are up. I came in early for an appointment and it was not crowded. First, They forgot to complete the registration for me. I had been waiting 2hr15min (I'm a patient guy) to get checked only for them to realise that I hadn't been properly registered by the other staff. If I had not informed them, I would have probably waited for 4hrs. The staff attending to me were pretty nonchalant towards the situation and giving excuses. I imagine that it it also because they are tending to alot of things. After finally seeing the doctor, the doctor said that there is no blood test when it is actually required and clearly specified on the medical chit request. Information is not being passed on from staff to staff in a coherent manner. You would think that after many years of operating at Tampines 1, there would be some semblance of professionalism.. but there isn't. It's not the first time. I understand that at times there is alot of things happening that the staff would need to tend to but the lack of coordination among the staff as to what is happening and what checks the patient has done, what's left to do etc causes a backlog and, of course, it must be affecting patients too. I can empathise with the staff and grateful for the job that they do but work on this.

It was a terrible experience at Tampines 1 branch. I had an appointment for a flu jab at 3pm, yes i understand with the increase in covid cases it is expected to have delays. They sms me there will be delays but i didnt expect the delay to be 2.5 hours and i am still waiting to see the doctor. Checked with the front counter they said will check with doctor but no there isn't any checks. Terrible service. Terrible management of patients. Whats worst having to witness a staff scolding another staff (I'm guessing a temp or new staff) out loud in front counter in front of everyone. Seriously, as a leader shouldn't you be discreet enough even though how badly the staff is performing, take it back in closed doors. Its embarrassing. Finally sees the doctor at 5.53pm. Asked the counter staff as i leave and when i asked for time chit, was it normal to have an appointment and still wait 3 hours, she said yes and that the appointment is not an appointment just a time slot. Huh? What does that even mean?

I would never and will never visit here if I wasn’t restricted to do my pre-employment check up at this clinic w the x ray. I got here 25 minutes early and there was a slight queue just on declaration. Even though the counter staff was NOT doing anything, she did not bother helping her poor colleague tending to 4-5 patients right in front of her eyes. Like prior reviews, what’s the point of making an appointment if I still have to take a queue number and end up waiting right? This isn’t any walk in. Rude counter staff, bad first impression, with the way they communicated with their clients and each other. No proper registration done (they blamed system error) and I would have ended up wasting more time if I didn’t checked on my queue number. I was under the impression that this was a reputable organisation, turns out it is truly like what others have cautioned against. Service staff and clinicians are not professional at all. A straightforward example of efficiency at its worst. The only saving grace of this place is the doctor that tended to me. Be prepared to wait for more than an hour even when there’s not much patients around, in fact it’s better if you do not visit this outlet at all.

Did ART at Tampines one Raffles Medical last two months. Very bad experience. Make booking still need to Q outside more than one hour. Better don choose this clinic. One of the staff tone and attitude is very bad. Maybe she wear mask so I can’t hear clearly. After two times shouting at me and using a ?face look at me. Art result should be come out within half an hour. After the long long waiting Still need to wait more than half hour to get my test result. Raffles Medical please Educate your staff .They laugh and make joke of patient .Horrible service If can give zero ⭐️ I will give zero. No next time.
