β β β β β I went to them to remove my hard gel extensions and the lady that served me, made my nails thin and brittle to the point of breakage. Thatβs the first dissatisfaction I have.
The second one was. I was offered $8 shaping and Iβm like βwhy not?β I wanted my nails to be kept long and asked her for almond shaped. Iβm not sure if she heard me. She told me she needs to cut the nails because there were some hard gel underneath a few nails. I said okay. Results was she cut my nails until my nail bed area and shaped my nails square. When I commented that she cut too short, her reply was βhow eh? Cut alrβ.
I wanted yo keep my nails long because the following week, I had another appointment to do nail art and due to this βsupposedβ miscommunication, I had to change my appointment.
Iβm never coming back here again. Horrible experience.
